報告人簡介：

??馬丁博士，德國聯邦政府食品和農業部所屬農業、林業和漁業研究所研究員，漢堡大學兼職講師，德國標准化技術委員會木材工業和家具分委會（NA042）委員，歐共體科技相助委員會委員，在德國擔任多家大型人造板企業技術顧問。主要從事人造板生産技術研究，學術論文和著作頗豐，曾多次參加國際學術會議。

報告內容簡介：

- presentation of the Thünen Institute (German Federal?Research Institute?for?Rural Areas,?Forestry?and?Fisheries)

- background for the regulation of product emissions
